TRIETHYL CITRATE (TEC)
Triethyl Citrate (TEC) is a versatile solvent for oily products, crystals, powders and resins. It is almost odourless with slight hints of mild fruity wine and plum notes. A potential replacement for the highly toxic DEP (Phthalates) for difficult to dissolve ingredients, TEC is also approved for use in flavours.
