SHIPMENT

All shipments are made Freight On Board from Creating Perfume, LLC’s shipping point unless otherwise specified. Liability and ownership of goods is transferred from Creating Perfume, LLC to the Buyer at the time of delivery to the carrier. Buyer assumes all risk of loss in shipping and all liability for loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise, due to delays once the product(s) have been delivered to the carrier. Title to product(s) and risk of loss pass to the Buyer upon shipment from the Creating Perfume, LLC’s warehouse or agent. Buyer agrees to purchase any, and all, insurance it deems necessary to indemnify it against any loss in shipping.

DELIVERY

Creating Perfume, LLC shall not be liable for damages, general, consequential or otherwise, or for failure to give notice of any delay until it shall have such additional time within which to deliver the product(s) as may be reasonably necessary under the circumstances and shall have the right to apportion its inventory among its customers in such a manner as it considers acceptable.

Creating Perfume, LLC shall also have the right to deliver the product(s) in installments.
CUSTOMS AND TAXES
Customs regulations and taxes can be different for every country. It is your responsibility to pay for these charges.

ORDER FULFILLMENT:  We make every effort to fulfill and ship within 3 - 5 business days of order receipt, for US orders, and 7 to 10 Business Day Processing for International orders, excluding weekends and holidays depending on environmental circumstances.

SHIPPING INSURANCE will be offered during the checkout process. In the case of a claim, a refund in the form of store credit will be awarded ONLY if insurance is purchased and the carrier has approved the credit. The carrier does not guarantee a refund.

In order to receive store credit, a claim must be made through our customer support (customersupport@creatingperfume.com) within 15 days from the shipping date.

LOST or STOLEN PACKAGE(S) IN TRANSIT:

INSURED LOST or STOLEN PACKAGE(S) in transit that do NOT SHOW ARRIVED at the destination qualify for store credit of the total value** of goods purchased. Once the funds have been applied to our carrier account, a store credit will be applied to your customer account.

All claims made outside of our customer support will not be eligible for a refund.
**The value of the products are determined by the carrier and not by us.

SHOWN AS DELIVERED PACKAGE(S):

STOLEN PACKAGE(S) SHOWING DELIVERED are NOT eligible for store credit and are NOT covered under our carrier's insurance.

DAMAGED PACKAGE(S) that have been insured are eligible for store credit on a case by case basis given that video proof can be supplied. Products that show bottles or bags tampered with, opened, or otherwise not in the original protective sleeves are NOT eligible for store credit despite being insured. ONLY DAMAGED PRODUCTS that meet the above criteria qualify for store credit and at the value** determined by the carrier.

Approved store credit can take up to 30 days or longer to be credited to your account.


ALCOHOL SHIPPING INSURANCE: 
In order to get your PERFUMERS GRAIN ALCOHOL, it is highly advisable to purchase alcohol shipping insurance, that is found in the cart section in the top part. Button should appear in case there is PERFUMERS GRAIN ALCOHOL in the cart.  In case of a damage or loss of the package containing PERFUMERS GRAIN ALCOHOL, there is high possibility that it may not be delivered or refunded. Please, purchase the insurance. 

INTERNATIONAL: All international orders, including shipping dangerous goods, are shipped via UPS.  It is customer's obligation to understand that customs duties and taxes are their responsibility and that, if necessary, they have the necessary import license or intermediary to process the package upon entering their country.
