ORDER CANCELLATIONS: Consumers can request an order cancellation within 24 hours of order placement. There is a Cancellation fee of 7% of the total invoice.
SHIPPING INSURANCE will be offered during the checkout process. In the case of a claim, a refund in the form of store credit will be awarded
ONLY if insurance is purchased and the carrier has approved the credit. The carrier does not guarantee a refund.
In order to receive store credit, a claim must be made through our customer support (
customersupport@creatingperfume.com) within
15 days from the shipping date.
LOST or STOLEN PACKAGE(S) IN TRANSIT:
INSURED LOST or
STOLEN PACKAGE(S) in transit that do
NOT SHOW ARRIVED at the destination qualify for store credit of the total value** of goods purchased. Once the funds have been applied to our carrier account, a store credit will be applied to your customer account.
All claims made outside of our customer support will not be eligible for a refund.

SHOWN AS DELIVERED PACKAGE(S):
STOLEN PACKAGE(S) SHOWING DELIVERED are NOT eligible for store credit and are NOT covered under our carrier's insurance.
DAMAGED PACKAGE(S) that have been insured are eligible for store credit on a case by case basis given that video proof can be supplied. Products that show bottles or bags tampered with, opened, or otherwise not in the original protective sleeves are NOT eligible for store credit despite being insured. ONLY DAMAGED PRODUCTS that meet the above criteria qualify for store credit and at the value** determined by the carrier.

Approved store credit can take up to 30 days or longer to be credited to your account.
ORDER FULFILLMENT: We make every effort to fulfill and ship within 3 - 5 business days of order receipt, for US orders, and 7 to 10 Business Day Processing for International orders, excluding weekends and holidays depending on environmental circumstances.
